POSITION DUTIES:

1. Use digital illustrations, photo editing software, and layout software to create designs
2. Create visual elements such as logos, original images and illustrations
3. Create Motion Graphics and video editing for clients
4. Incorporate UXD concepts for large screens, web and mobile devices
5. Design layouts and select colors, images and typefaces for use on projects
6. Meet with clients and/or art director to determine the scope of projects
7. Deploy content to signage systems.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Graphic Design, Visual Design, or closely related.
2. Two years relevant experience as a Graphic Designer, Graduate Assistant in Graphic Design, or closely related occupation.
3. Two years relevant experience with the following software: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
4. At least one-year experience in the following: a) branding design, b) advertising design, c) typography, d) digital illustration, and e) photo editing.
5. All experience can be gained concurrently, before, during or after the degree earned.
