Spye generated the design and performed the implementation of this multi-faceted project, creating a unique and powerful environment that has improved efficiency and user experience for operations. Another goal was to heighten their brand and communication capabilities with visitors ranging from high school tours to key vendors and high-profile customers, leading to a sharp increase in revenue.
The multi-purpose control room is supported with customized technologies which deliver both marketing and operational content. A video wall that oversees operations has the capability for recording, tracking and adjusting all aspects of the sheet glass manufacturing process. The custom console was ergonomically designed by Spye, and the environment and the screens can beentirely re-mapped and adjusted to the preferences of each of the three shifts.
